My Voice Experience

I first started recording when I was in college, at that time I was either playing live with one of the bands I was in or recording in the college studio or at a local rehearsal room, at the time I adveraged about 150 gigs a year. While I was at university I was employed with one of the larger bingo groups, part of my job was to address my collegues over the p.a system using a radio mic and on occassion speak to all the clubs who were linked up over the telephone lines. after I finished university I concentrated on my own band which I played and recorded with until 2007, after a brief spell away from the scene I decided to start doing voice over work and in 2010 attended Gary Terzza's voice over masterclass, at this point I have spent the best part of the last two decades either on stage, rehearsing or recording.

My Studio Equipment

currently I am using a shock mounted Samson G Track usb mic with Sonar LE cakewalk recording software at home, I also have the use of two local recording studios that are only 10 minutes away if a better recording is required

Additional Skills

For 10 years I was part of a brass band, playing a range of instruments from: Trumpets and Cornets to Tuba.
I play bass in various bands and have done for 15 years.
I sung in a college choir for 3 years as a bass.
I worked for a bingo company which required me to speak live to thousands of people across the country, checking winning tickets.
