Worked with 98.3 FM from March to oct 2007. Produced the morning show. and the evening drive time show. I was involved with everything related to these shows from content to contests, deciding the Fabric, designing contests, designing ideas for clients, coming up with various plans and strategies to increase the listnership. Music being my forte and also a singer by profession, I was involved in ideation to production of various musical elements on the station. My usp is my mimick, which fetched the kanpur station the 77% of listnership ,in its very first month of launch(according to IMRB).

Job Profile
On air – Have hosted shows like Good morning lucknow ,old melodies and the most popular comedy show hit pe hit aired on tuesdays 9 pm to 10 pm.The craze of old melodies was great, This show was about the bollywood stars of yester years. It included interesting trivia to interviews on the show. The music complemented the mood of the show. I was also the producer of the same show therefore instrumental in deciding the artist, play list, content, interviews and sound bytes.
Also hosted another weekend show called JOSH JUNCTION . This was the only show on rainbow, which covered lucknow’s youth hangouts and eating joints on a regular basis. Content included the history of the city, events happening; listeners take on various happenings etc. The show also provided a window for all the client mentions.
Off Air –
Have been apart of all the programming activities off air. Besides the weekend show hosted by me I was also assisting my ph in producing a daily show called Good morning lucknow aired between 8- 10 am.
Guest Management – I was responsible for arranging all the interviews on the station. Celebs co-ordination and important soundbytes from local people to state senior officials to celebs all were arranged, recorded and edited by me.
Was an integral part of the two big campaigns held on the station i.e reliance rainbow marathon and mauka pao hot seat pe aao,. All the on air production from sweepers to promos and winner bytes were packaged by me.
Keeping a track of all the various events being held in lucknow and therefore weaving the interesting one in our programming through sound bytes or getting celebs on –air.
Taken up various projects like college admissions where I did live links during the show.
Voice over for various ads and promos.
Have produced a lot of musical elements for the station. Some of the productions I have done are as follows –

Documentaries and narrations in commercials.
Jingles, sweepers,liners and sparklers
Besides this a lot of production on various occasions and events.

RCS –Have been trained on the software for handling various works like song ripping, audio uploading and using it.RCS,training done in MUDRA INSTITUTE OF COMMUNICATIONS, AHMEDABAD(MICA).
This training was conducted by the Times of India group.
