My Voice Experience

I have done lots of customer service work, which always includes me talking on the telephone! Many people tell me that I have a calm and soothing voice. I currently work as a customer service rep. and in that job I do phone greetings and we get quality monitoring reports, which is we are listened do while answering or making calls. We are then scored on our call performance. We get monitored 4-8 times a month and I have never received less than a 100% score, and I am usely praised for having a nice voice.

My Training

I have never done any voice over work but when I was in high school I was in theatrics, which including me doing narrations. I also was in forensics, where I was taught how to give speeches, also I got a chance to travel the country and give speeches to teens and young mothers about the dangers of drinking while pregnant. To be able to give speeches to others, I had to go throught a 3 week training.
