I speak with a Canadian accent, but I have lived in the UK for 7 years, so my natural accent has softened. I can sound more North American when need be, but can sound slightly English as well if needed.

My Voice Experience

I had been a nanny for years after high school so I read a lot of stories. When reading to a 3 year old, you have to keep it interesting or they lose focus. I am a fun a bubbly charachter so I have a laugh when I get to read stories. I have worked in the Computing industry for the past 7 years and am very used to being professional and the expectations around business, so this is an area that comes naturally as well. I am a well rounded person, so should be able to show both versitility and flxibility.

Additional Skills

I have been told that my voice is lovely to listen to. I am the kind of person who loves to try new things and to continually challenge myself. I worked at McDonalds when I was in high school, then was a Nanny for 2 years. I decided to get into Herbology and worked 4 2 years in a local health food shop while I studied, but felt I would still be just working in a healthfood shop.. So I decided to become a hairstylist, after 2 years, I decided to go that alone (which I am still passionate about and do this in my own time) I took one year of Child and Youth Care Councelling which I decided was not fo me, as I was wanting to move to the UK for something new and interesting. I then decided to get into the Computing industry, which I have beed doing now ever since. With 2 redundancies, it is time to challenge myself again!!!
