My voice can be warm and deep for narrations or audio books fiction or nonfiction. My voice can be light and carefree with a hint of humor for commercials and professional for presentations, voicemail greetings or voice mail greetings. I am able to change my voice to sound like a child or a cartoon character (my own character). I lived in Hawaii for 29 years and am able to speak Pigeon very well. My accents include English, southern drawal, and country.

My Voice Experience

I have not done any professional voice over work as yet. I did do narrations for in-house safety films on my job in Hawaii. I have an audition CD and will mail a copy to your office.

My Training

I have honed my voice over talent through classes at Susan & Friends VoiceMedia in San Francisco since 2003. I love VO and want to work in this field. I also have training in on-camera acting since 1981. In Hawaii I worked with Wayne Ward Actors Workshop. Since moving to California I took on-camera classes from Full Circle Productions in 2002 then switched to voice over training and found I love it!!

Additional Skills

In Hawaii I did local television commercials and PSA's. I work for the US Postal Service and have been the narrator on in-house safety films and voice recordings, and have been the facilitator for various workshops. I have been to auditions for film roles and know how to be professional, i.e. be on time, be prepared, listen to direction.
