My Voice Experience

I have been working in radio since 2006. I started out as an Office Manager, but quickly began learning everything I could about the business. Before long I was doing VOs for commercials, promos, and PSAs for the station I worked for as well as 13 other stations company-wide. I also hosted a football Halftime Show for our high school broadcasts and was a fill-in DJ.

In 2007, I took a position as the Assistant Manager of Corporate Traffic for the same company. During this time I still maintained my voice work in the same capacities as my previous job.

In 2009, I rejoined the staff of my first radio station as an Account Executive. Four months later I was offered another job in the company that I quickly accepted. I now am the Assistant Manager of a station. I still do company wide VOs, as well as Community Calendar announcements, Obituary Reports, news reports, and weather forecasts.
