My Voice Experience

Currently a radio personality for WV's only 100,000 watt FM station, WHAJ-FM, I perform a daily airshift during the heart of the workday and offer a smooth, non-abrasive voice suitable for workplace listening.

As the sole female voice for our 5-station cluster, I am also a staple in the production room, providing voiceovers for commercials, promos, and even imaging for our 3 AM stations.

My Training

I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts, with a concentration in Broadcasting & Journalism and an English minor. I also have several years experience in college theatre.

Additional Skills

Even when working at jobs which seemed at first to be totally unrelated to doing voiceover work, I always seem to find myself in front of a microphone. When I was a television director, I was recruited to voiceover commercials. As a radio producer/marketing coordinator who spent most days booking guests and writing promos, I once again found myself in front of the mic. Even when working as a marketing assistant at a retirement home, I was once again the "voice of choice" for our radio ads.
