Voice Description
I am your friendly neighbor, the mom in your play-group, your fast talking sister, your sexy office-mate. I have a melodic, trust-worthy, confident, reassuring sound. While my voice can sound fun, excited and happy, I can also switch gears to deliver a serious, vulnerable sound. I am clear and concise.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
While I'm not a huge accent person, I feel that I can channel a lot of emotion into each of my character performances, tapping from many levels to deliver that perfect voice that resonates with your employees or customers.
My Voice Experience
My interest in voice-over acting began while I was a merchant at Cost Plus World Market. Each month we would head over to the local recording studio and record product information for our departments (in my case the bath and basket department). While this was only about 0.5% of my job description, it was my favorite part of the job, and I vowed that I would pursue a career in voice at some point. Well two kids and two jobs later, here I am. In addition to my experience with product narratives, I have also been actively working with a voice coach one-on-one as well as in several group seminars to refine my voice-over abilities.
My Training
I attended Stanford University and graduated with a degree in economics. While I was there, I performed in a student-produced play as well as many impromptu dorm performances. I started my more recent voice-over study in Portland in two group classes, and have continued my studies with weekly one-on-one coaching as well as a weekly group seminar.
My Studio Equipment
MXL condenser microphone, M-Audio mixer, Peak LE software for Mac
Additional Skills
I have chalked up many years of work experience in finance (investment banking, and corporate finance), as well as work in retail (Banana Republic, Cost Plus World Market). I believe these experiences have been invaluable in developing a strong work ethic and determination to succeed. I am a hard-worker, and I don't stop until the job is done perfectly (I'm a little obsessive that way). I will bring that mentality and drive to your job to make sure that I provide exactly the voice you are looking for!
