I am new to the business however I worked in customer service for over 10 years. While working in customer service answering the phones customers mistook me for being the automated system a lot and would recommend me to seek out the industry of voice overs. My company downsized and I was laid off and I am now in the process of pursuing different avenues to start a different career path.
