My Voice Experience

For about five years provided tours to guests in three exhibits at the Museum of Science and Industry. One tour was more historical which required a professional voice with serious undertones. Another tour required high energy and tons of voice inflections, while the last tour was character based and required a more working class voice.

Currently teach presentation skills class to teens which covers how to appropriately use ones voice depnedent on the situation.

Took two communication classes in undergradate school. Also took a class on how to control the voice and proper breathing techniques.

Additional Skills

Although experience is a minimum have been told by several guests, co-workers, family and friends that I have an interesting voice. Sometimes to change things up would conduct tours using various voices and even had some ask what city in England I was from.
