Voice Description

I like to describe my voice as being like Jim Carrey's face -- not necessarily the prettiest you'll find, but VERSATILE. I can do many different character voices, and often can create a unique voice just by looking at a character sketch. Voice acting is my specialty, but I've also spent 18 years in radio as an on-air announcer and Production Director, so if you want an "announcer" sound, I can provide that as well.

My Voice Experience

My background is in radio, beginning in 1989 as a DJ, and I continue to serve as an on-air talent to this day. I began voicing and producing my own commercials at the same time, and in 1996 landed my first gig as a Production Director. Currently, I handle production for three stations out of a five-station cluster, and do voice work for all five.

My Training

I've recently attended Dan O'Day's "International Radio Creative & Production Summit" in Los Angeles, that included sessions with Pat Fraley, Harry Shearer, and casting director Terry Berland.
