Voice Description

I have always been told to do voiceover work as I have a fun, childish, quirky voice that no matter what I say sounds unique and individual (unlike any voice); colorful, warm, endearing with a huge octave range. People just can't get enough of it and I can sell anything with it!

As an artist I am able to go from deep and sexy to warm and motherly caring. Then to normal talking that holds a nice and authoritative quality to high and whimsical or airheady.

The stories I can tell are vast from the dramatic and somber to commedic and quirky or dry witty.

My Voice Experience

Although, most of my experience lies in the Theatre live on stage, singing and dancing, throughout Southern California and New York City in such musicals as: Gypsy, Peter Pan, Hello Dolly, A Chorus Line and more....I have done a few Voice-Over projects as well. I have co-produced my own Voice-Over demo reel along with Peter Rofe from PDR Voice-Over Inc. Along with attending workshops on a weekly basis I have worked in dubbing with a Turkish Television company based in New Jersey. While Freelancing with Goldstar Management I have attended such auditions as 'My Little Pony', 'Conair', 'Playdough' and others. Currently, I have a new demo in the works using Children's Literature and Children's Songs.

My Training

I have graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a BA in Drama. I have worked with Peter Rofe in Voice Over Commercial Workshops as well as a few classes with Terry Apple. I have also studied acting throughout Southern California and New York City with Paula Murray Cole and Richard Schechner (Rasaboxes), Janice Orlandi (Checkov), Dr. Dassie Hoffman (Psychological Archtype workshop), Jonathan Hart (Movement and Voice), Jason Bennett Actor's Workshop (Acting) and Voice Technique with Barbara Feller.
