I have a deep. resonant voice with a flexible range. I can do a fair imitation of Lurch from the Adam's family. I am a fluent reader, many people have told me I should read professionally. Older people especially have told me how much they love my voice. My wife loves for me to read as well.
I would love to do voice over or whatever voice over talent is needed.

I can do a southern drawl, a british accent, old man, a loony voice, I can get really low and creepy, am also told can do a soothing voice ideal for narratives

My Voice Experience

I have always loved reading aloud. I can hold the attention of many people-they always tell me how much they love to listen to me read.
Some people have told me if I am not careful my voice can be intimidating.
I've been told too I could do greetings voice mail or on hold messages.

My Training

I have not recorded professionally, but have been asked to record a phone message for a business. I have had much training in reading aloud and have spent many hours doing so.
I have a good grasp of the English language including the use of diacritics and punctuation.
I read for friends as they love the sound of my voice. I would like an opportunity to use my voice to help supplement my income.

Additional Skills

I have lived in many different places and have been exposed to a number of different people and cultures. In school I did very well at Language Arts. I serve now in a teaching capacity for a school that empasizes public reading and how to use the voice in areas of pitch, power, pace and modulation.
