With 30 years of commercial radio experience I have created many ad campaigns that have delivered results for the advertiser. I have loads of experience in voicing commercials and promos for radio and television. I have also voiced and produced comedy skits and parody songs using many different character voices created for specifically for the skit. My experience also includes industrial video narration.
Most of my education is the result of spending nearly 40 years in radio stations and recording studios. My course of study was classical music at East Carolina University. I have been employed as a radio announcer/Music Director/Program Director for over 30 years.
My recording studio is completley equiped for music and voice production, as well as audio restoration. The heart of the studios is a Pro Tools Digi 002 with a ton of plug-ins, Reason 4, Adobe Audition 3 (great for simple recording and editing) EV, Shure Sennheiser Mics, DAT, CD and DVD burners, Cassette and Reel to Reel recorders, various amps, processors, turntables and more. Most of my personal time in the studio has been spent restoring reel to reel tapes for other radio folks and musicians. I have the capability to "bake" tapes as well if necessary for the restoration process.
My background as a musician and radio professonal give me the unique ability to understand the pacing and timing necessary to create a voiceover that is just right for the project. Also my advanced editing skills allow me to deliver a completly finished product.
