Voice Description

I have a voice for the "every-man". I can describe a product to make someone "want it". That is to say that I can be convincing enough for people to "trust" I mean what I am saying. I have always been a good story-teller, so if the need arises, I can recite poetry or narrate in a way that allows the listener to "visualize" what I am saying.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I have done several accents & dialects such as: Variations of East Indian, New York (Bronx, Brooklyn), West Indian (Jamaican, Barbadian), Southern/Western, African American (Ebonics), Puerto Rican/Mexican (Spanglish), and a Valley Girl styled voice. I can do "child", "adult" and "elderly" versions of all the above accents as well as a sweet child's voice. I have used a british accent from time to time, but I'm working to improve on it.

My Voice Experience

I have not had much experience in this industry. I am looking to try something new that I know I can succeed and excel at.

My Training

I have no formal training in this field, but have been informally performing for friends and family for many years. I have been asked to do many of the standard recordings for my place of employment as well as any announcements using the public address system, also at my place of employment, (Apparently, I've got the perfect face for radio).
