Voice Description
How would you like me to sound for your recording? I feel I possess the ability to adapt my voice to fit your needs. I can sound serious in a more professional sounding spot or equally fun and excited in a typical commercial. I love cartoons and cartoon characters, particularly Bullwinkle J. Moose. I feel I am able to capture his very essence when he might find himself in a situation which may be foreign to him in the 'cartoon world'. I love to improvise and would love to work with you to give you exactly what you are looking for. I'm always up for a challenge!

My Voice Experience
I was the original co-host for Free Talk Live , a radio program all about the callers and what they wanted to talk about. Basically. I tried to be the 'jokester', tossing in a one-liner here and there to fit the topic currently on the table. I also tried to see the more human side of the issue that was being discussed, while still trying to keep the topic interesting.
Free Talk Live was basically devised as a filler program for a failing show in a evening time slot from 7-10pm on a southwest Florida, FM talk radio station. Station content originated from Florida (Orlando and Fort Pierce), as well as outside of the state. Listeners wanted a local broadcast that they could associate themselves with. My producer and I decided that Free Talk Live would be the perfect show to fill that need.
My Training
My station's General Manager at the time, Jim Davis, sat down with my fellow show hosts and I and gave us a basic 'Radio 101' course on how to approach our program. I have no specific radio training or schooling that taught me anything more than what I learned day to day, week to week, and month to month. I enjoyed the original, 'raw' feel of the show and it's freshness. I hate for anything to sound too scripted, though I understand the importance of a general guideline to follow.

Additional Skills
I have excellent communicational skills and truly enjoy talking with people. I embrace the importance of sharing information with those who may not know about or comprehend the same things that I do.
I have recently been promoted to the lead position in the business machines/electronics section of the Staples store that I am employed at in Venice, FL. Many patrons return to my store and specifically ask for me when they revisit our location because they appreciate the way I speak TO them as opposed to AT them. I am a terrific listener and I am asked to overcome numerous obstacles every day. I listen to customers, asking probing questions to be certain that I can fulfill their needs. I will do my utmost to send each and every patron away with an answer that solves his/her individual issue.
If you have an idea about how you would like to approach a project and need someone to help you 'fill in the blanks' on a few things, please talk to me. I'm certain that we can iron out the remaining details.
