Voice Description
My voice is deep and rich (I've been told my voice has its own echo chamber), ideal for straight narration and reading text. I can also alter it to a humorous style for character voices...I have a few higher pitched nasal character voices I enjoy using, giving the impression of a wacky cartoon character. Another I enjoy is the voice of an idiotic character, a voice somewhat similar (but not a mere imitation) of Disney's Goofy.

My Voice Experience
I regularly hosted various college/underground radio programs over a six year period (and on occasion in years following), providing me with a regular platform for public speaking. In addition, I have emceed stage shows and events, and have recorded promotional announcements for said events as well. I also have done much public singing, which has taught me some essential details about voice control, projection and usage.
My Training
While most of my training comes from personal experience, I did take several acting classes in 2002 and 2003 at Nassau Community College (through their Continuing Education program). While these classes were not specifically about voice, certainly a good deal of emphasis was placed on proper delivery. Since then I have taken additional classes on Voice-Overs, either through Continuing Education programs or at private home group sessions.

Additional Skills
I have a great sense of delivery that stems from a knack for "seeing" what I'm talking/reading about, and conveying this in my delivery, and have been complimented on this by several acting/voice coaches.
