My job has been as a 911 dispatcher in Des Plaines, IL for the past 9 years. That job includes answering 911 phone calls and dispatching on the radio with police and fire departments simultaneously. So I am used to speaking clearly and using the correct tone of voice to get the job done. And this time no one's life will be at stake! I can't wait.
