Voice Description

My 30 years of experience as a radio air personality and tv news anchor taught me vocal versatility, while requiring me to taylor my delivery to a number of situations. My strength is in the smooth, professional delivery suitable for books on tape, documentaries, and sales presentations. While I am best at the soft sell, I do have some talent as a mimic, able to impersonate various cartoon characters from the old Warner Brothers and Hanna-Barbera libraries.

My vocal quality is not deep, but rather mid-range.

I have been using my voice professionally for 32 years.
As a morning drive radio announcer, I needed to be energetic, enthusiastic, and communicate one on one with my audience. When reading live commercial copy, I successfully called upon my sales skills in presenting the clients' message. As a TV and radio news anchor, I communicated authority, credibility and intelligence.

I now use my voice in my capacity as a high school
teacher, which commands authority and sincerity.
