Voice Description

For narrations my voice can be deep and often called "soothing", for commercials it can be from energetic and fun to serious and sexy. If professional is required it can be strong, assertive and engaging. I can also speak very urban and street if the situation calls for it. Im also very good at taking everyday words and stretching them to make them funny and different. An example would be Lil John taking the word "yeah" and making it so much more in "YEAHHHHHHHH!!!!" I have a northern accent being from Maryland but have been in Nashville,TN (country music capitol) so some of this southern dialect has rubbed off on me. All in all my voice is very clear and every word can be understood easily.

My Voice Experience

I worked at a marketing company and they had commercial recordings on the local hip-hop radio station, and i always wanted to do the commercial, but they would never let me because they didnt want to pay me for it. I know i could be a great voice actor if just given the chance!!

My Training

I used to model and in my modeling class we also took acting classes. I learned how to say and express words and sentences in different ways, therefore changing the message being expressed. I also learned how to make my voice "smile", where you can actully hear the smile in my tone. I also attended a seminar on voice-overs a few years ago in Chicago, it was spur of the moment, i saw an ad in the sunday paper.
