I worked for Tellme Networks (now Microsoft) for nearly 4 years, producing IVR systems for clients such as UPS, Merrill Lynch, and USAA. I coached voice talent for these systems, recording and editing thousands of voice prompts. I've also voiced a street names application, recording thousands of location names in my home studio, delivering the audio to the system engineers via FTP.
