My Voice Experience

In the past I have been an apartment manager, calling residents to get them to pay their bills - during my calls I killed them with kindness and they felt obligated to come up with the cash quickly. Also, I called prospective residents "selling" our community over the phone and setting up appointments. I have been told I always sound upbeat on the phone and have an excellent phone voice. I recorded my companies Help Desk Automated messages to calm employees encountering IT difficulties and are put on hold - my voice was chosen out of hundreds of other candidates based upon it's calming nature.

My Training

I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Kansas, giving me many opportunities to entertain children with my character voices. I have taken several training sessions on customer service which focuses on using your voice to calm problematic situations and have clear diction for effective communication.
