Voice Description
My delivery style can be a very wide door. Ranging from "Hard Sell" radio hype style, to easy going, matter of fact, down home and genuine. I am an excellent reader with great inflection. Most of my projects, unless otherwise necessary are done in one take. There is a certain authenticity or believability to my delivery that catches the listeners ear. I am a voice actor, and when asked to produce a certain dialect or style, I undoubtedly can step up to the plate.

My Voice Experience
I started actually uning my voice at the age of 16 with my first radio job. I worked on my "commercial" delivery and generally ended up as the "Production Director" in addition to my airshifts. I tried and developed several of my own dialects and presentation styles just to break up the monotony of sounding the same over and over again. In addition to the radio career, which lasted nearly 30 years, I continue to write and produce commercials, on-hold messaging, video voice overs, as well as being a public entertainer. Additionally, I have a recording studio in my home.
My Training
Either you have it or you don't. A person can learn the mechanics of operating recording equipment, but I personally think that voice communication is a gift. After you've learned the mechanics of diaphramatic breathing and enunciation...the person is on their own. Over the years I have produced thousands of commercials, comedy bits, and publicly entertain at events nearly every week.
My Studio Equipment
I use a 64 bit computer program called Sonar. The computer is a dedicated system used only for recording purposes. Shure Unadyne Studio Microphone. Peavey 902 Production Mixer.
Additional Skills
Communication is the beginning of understanding.
Humor, warmth, sincerity, enthusiasm, and diction are the tools I use to get the point across.
I live an active, outdoor lifestyle, and have first hand experience in real estate investing, professional entertainment, theatrical lighting, ultralight airplanes, windsurfing, mountain biking, trade shows, product inventing and marketing, broadcasting, dance instruction, authoring and writing, commercial production, construction, stock market investing, 4x4 off roading, camping, boating, Lake Powell Utah, cruising, and international travel.
