Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I am funny with a French accent and again I speak fluent Italian, I do do a great Frank Spencer. I really would like to write a lot about myself but what is it they say..... Short but sweet! Lets just say this, "the place I most feel comfortable is.. a stage"!......isn't life just the biggest stage to act on and to have fun!!!!!

My Voice Experience

My voice over experience started when I was back in England on hols around 1994 and was given the possibility to record a small advert for a recording company hear in Leicester, bearing in mind that being a professional singer, I wasn'nt expecting anything but that. Fortunatley having no accent (being away and also teaching English) must have made me sound rather different!!! has anyone ever heard what Leicester slang sounds like!!!!!! I rest my case!.
I have done voice overs for the Vallemania studios in Italy for various ads, having come second in the Staletite D'oro for my first singing competition, which meant writing and composing my own song.... I loved it. This then took me on to other recording studios for adverts and theatre work...... which I loved

My Training

My school experience is very in the normal, I studied untill I was 16, basic GSEs, had a great passion for dance, at the age of 20, auditioned for a dance troop at the Pineapple studios and ended up in Italy on a 3 months contract which than gave me the possibility to audition for Italian television.
I worked with Canale 5, rete 4 and Italia 1 for nearly two years, dancing and also presenting the competitors for various shows. This led me then to meet a great guy who helped me record my first song ......... and the story continues....... I've been singing and talking, doing voice overs, translating, teaching and doing phonetics for Italian students ever since!!!
