My Voice Experience

Hello out there, my name is Melissa Sabater, and I've been performing for over ten years. I started with musicals at the Harold Prince Theater in Center City Philadelphia.A film that I'd done got me a review in THE PHILADELPHIA TRIBUNE, comparing me to Ms. Rita Moreno- what an honor. I've also done voice-overs for the COMCAST CABLE CO., READING TERMINAL MARKET,CD_ROMS for Arthritis DRS.I've done THE FRINGE FESTIVAL twice. The voice-overs that I've done, I've done in Spanish and English with accents.

My Training

I started vocal training in junior high school. Then I went to Creative & Performing Arts High, as a vocal major. I started getting voice- over work with Mike Lemmon Casting and they've hired me for all of my work.

In my career I've worked with the best in musical theater, like Ricardo Martin. I've also worked with PINK in a commercial for THE NBA ALL-STAR GAMES. I worked with RENNIE HARRIS and MYRAH BIZELL, who are the best choreographers in Philadelphia and beyond. I can play a villian, an engenue as well as comedy and childrens voices.
