I have a smooth, professional voice with an alluring tone. I speak very clearly and can portray either a soothing, alto voice or an energetic, lighthearted voice.

I speak French as a second language and have a near native Parisian accent. I can also speak with a light British accent. My natural voice is a clear northwestern American.

I have an inherent flow to my tone and the way I carry my voice such that my recordings come off smooth without jolt or hesitation.

My Training

I have been vocally trained since I was a teenager and perform in genres of jazz, country, broadway and pop. This training has enabled me to be aware of my voice, how it works and how to manipulate it.

I have also worked with a number of companies in different industries over the past decade in which I was involved in the strategic development, marketing and promotion, amongst other areas. In addition to utilizing my voice capabilities for these companies and their clients, it has given me a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of the workings of business and marketing, how best to communicate with your client, how to communicate using positive language and the psychology of words.

My academic background is in Humanities and Art History, giving me the insight into the evolution of human activity and expression. I'm also a certified Hypnotherapist and have received further voice training for that purpose.

My Studio Equipment

I have a basic recording studio in my home office and am able to travel to recording studios as needed. I am not a sound engineer but have a great deal of experience in writing and developing marketing scripts. I can produce quality voice recordings and am happy to work with you through the scripting process to reach an effective message and tone for your project.

Additional Skills

I have the ability to be very expressive in my voice without visual necessity but I am quite photogenic and have had the chance to work with photo and welcome the opportunity work with video in addition to voice.

I'm very personable and easy to work with. I have a degree in Humanities and Art History which has attributed to my being well-read which in turn enables me to read scripts quite smoothly and effortlessly.
