My Voice Experience

My passion for delivering a message goes as far back as I can recall. I began perfoming at the young age of 3 dancing and stage acting. By the age of 13, I was the voice of the high school delivering the morning messages and on local radio doing voice over work by the age of 15. During my college years, I was traveling the nation and winning awards as a member of the speech & debate team. At 21 I moved to Atlanta to pursue my Wellness career as a fitness instructer & personl trainer joining forces with Team Rebook to perform and educate throughout the SouthEast.

Next came my Chiropractic Studies and my simultaneous Entertainment Career with World Championship Wrestling as Nitro Girl "Spice". During this time I traveled the nation performing & appearing on Television 2-3 times a week. Off camera, I was part of the PR & Marketing efforts going into cities pre-show to promote through local radio & television interviews/appearances. I co-hosted a monthly wrestling radio show and had my own segment on WCW's live weekly webcasts. Appearnaces ranged from the Warner Brothers Movie "Ready to Rumble" to numerous Television shows including MTV & E Entertainment to Movie & a Makeover not to mention Regis & Kelly . My voice lended itself to many commercials throughout this time.

As wrestling winded down, my Wellness Consulting company geared up. I have created numerous Mental Coaching CD's, Workout DVD's as well as Relaxation, Meditation & Guided Imagery CD's. I speak to corporations, hospitals, small businesses and private groups on a regular basis, many of which I have done voice overs and on hold recordings for.

My voice carries much with it - Oh and did I mention that I was also in a girl pop music group for 3 years during which time we recorded 2 cd's... I can chat with the best of them, educate and insipre, create laughter, ignite enthusiams and at the end of the day all I do is with pure intention and integrity which comes across in the resonance of my voice~

My Training

Degree's, Training & Certifications include:
BA in Speech Communications, Doctorate in Chiropractic, NLP & HNLP Coaching Certifications with Training in Hypnotic Language. Certified Fitness & Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. Have studied under Acting Coach Mike Pineski in Atlanta and taken Voice Lesson's off and on over the past 6 years to keep my acting and voice skills sharp.

In addition to all of this, I have volunteered with Book Pals over the past 5 years which takes me into schools around the Atlanta Area to read stories and create memorable characters in the minds of the kids grades ranging from 1st - 5th.
