My Voice Experience

My most recent voiceover was for White Hen Pantry. I was an over-caffeinated shopper! Imagine those holiday shoppers. I have also done several industrials films with voiceovers, that which includes Wal-Mart employee training films. Do you know what it feels like to wear that employee vest? Yikes!

My Training

Along with my improv training at Second City in Chicago, I trained with Kirk Johnson at Studio One and most recently with Helen Cutting of VoicePower. I was learning presentation skills for my live seminar work and naturally fell into voiceover training. My commercial acting also led to voiceover work.

I produced, wrote and hosted my own cable access television show about healthy living in Chicago. It also involved voiceover for certain segments that we taped.

I currently teach healthy cooking classes on a regular basis in Atlanta and Chicago and am working on a television cooking demo tape to be THE follow-up to Rachel Ray! (The healthier version, of course!)
