My Voice Experience

TV Anchor/Reporter now writing and producing podcasts for Temple University. I have a classic, clear voice that I've honed over ten years working as a television news anchor. Viewers want to hear a natural voice coming through their set, not an "ANCHORWOMAN" or put-on voice. I delivered the news as true to those viewers, and myself, as I could. I've worked at the CBS affiliates in Jefferson City, MO, Albany, NY and West Palm Beach, FL. I most recently anchored the 4 pm news at Channel 12, a cable news outfit in Minneapolis.

My Training

I have ten years of experience reading live voiceovers as a television news anchor. As a reporter, I've delivered everything from hard news to feature stories, adapting my voice for each individual situation. I've also voiced television promos for the stations that I've worked for.

My Studio Equipment

I have a Shure 58 mic hooked up to an M-Audio preamp. I edit using Sony Sound Forge.

Additional Skills

I can not only deliver quality tracks and fully produced pieces, I can also write material for you. I have experience mixing sound affects, soundbites, and music under my track. You name, I'll figure it out if I don't already know how to do it.
