OBJECTIVE:
To obtain a challenging position within the field that fully utilizes my management, communications, computer science and artistic skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
I am a creative and imaginative individual who thrives in environments that are exciting and unique. I have excellent leadership and communication skills, work extremely well with people, and know what it takes to function as a professional on the job. I am able to speak and write both Spanish and English fluently. I have a passion for writing, and spend a good deal of my free time writing poetry and short stories. I also enjoy doing community service activities, and my interest is in the International Relations field. I am a quick and willing learner, and have a sincere interest in building upon my skills in a real-world environment.

Other tasks include recording voice messages for some of the Department of Motor Vehicles phone lines, as well as recording the audio for commercial drivers test in Spanish.

Responsibilities: Making and receiving calls, entering client’s information into the company’s data system. Making sure incoming clients are welcomed in a mature, respectful manner.

My Voice Experience

I have done voice recordings for my current place of employment the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles. I have done recording for road test sites directions in both English and Spanish. I have also done messages on hold recordings for DMV in both English and Spanish. An example of such recording can be heard by calling 1-800-697-0558. My voice recording is in both english and spanish. I have also done audio recording for the DMV audio test for commercial drivers license.
