Voice Description

I possess a broad range of abilities where my voice is concerned. Being a play-by-play announcer, I am adept at the "up-tempo", excitable reads which some clients prefer in order to reach a younger demographic. Having said that, I am also able to deliver a well-paced, professional read. My voice is strong, with a deep resonance, and these more "business-like" reads are a strength of mine because of that.

My Voice Experience

One of my favorite songs is the Jimi Hendrix hit, "Are You Experienced?"...because when it comes to radio work, the answer is a resounding "YES!"

I have worked in radio since 1996, and have been employed by both Clear Channel and Citadel Communications. During that time, I have recorded countless commercials for a number of clients...including tire outfitters, beer distributors, nightclubs, restaurants and local sports teams -- just to name a few. Among those spots have been the silly and the serious, but always done in a professional manner.

Currently, I am employed at a Fox affiliate in upstate New York as a sports anchor, and have voiced numerous promotions for the station...ranging from upcoming hockey telecasts to NASCAR-themed contests.

My Training

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Geneseo State University (N.Y.) in 2000, but my most valuable training ground has come at the hands of the many seasoned professionals that I have worked with during my ten years in radio and television.

Under the tutelage of morning show hosts, sports announcers and production directors, I have been able to hone my skills and develop my talents for doing voice-overs.

As a television sports anchor and radio play-by-play announcer, I have only become more confident in my abilities and delivery.
