My Voice Experience

It seems silly, but the only real acting experience I have is from high school theater. Otherwise, I perform with friends on self-made videos, and sometimes even overdubs of pre-existing cartoons, for self-entertainment purposes.

Otherwise, I work at a Starbucks drive-thru, and while that doesn't sound promising, it helps me understand and connect with people on a vocal-only perspective. I could speak in different voices over the loudspeaker and have a customer believe I was a different person entirely.

My Training

I have a B.A. in Media Studies from Queens College, where I've learned about the music, recording, film, and television industry, and have gained experience with studio equipment, like microphones, and Pro Tools. I was also enrolled in a Creative Sound Recording course.

My Studio Equipment

It's not my own equipment, but I have access to Sennheiser and Shure microphones, as well as rack equipment by Alesis, and Cakewalk's SONAR recording software.

Additional Skills

I'm also pursuing a career in video and film editing, and I have experience with software such as Final Cut Pro and Avid Media Composer. I've taken a few internships and freelance jobs regarding that field with companies such as MTV and at 101.9 RXP in New York.
