My Training

I have a degree in English with a minor in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University. The Mass Communications portion came from Southwest Minnesota State's Radio and TV program in Marshall, MN. I worked as a play-by-play announcer and board operator at Lakes Radio in Fergus Falls during the mid to late 1990s. I also have extensive training in stage performing, having studied theater in college and performed in a number of on-stage productions.

I worked for 8 years as a mobile disc jockey, performing at weddings, high school dances, and corporate parties and have had experience on a number of different types of mixing boards.
