I have a very versatile voice tone with a large range of flexibility. I have been told that my flexibility is perfect for character voices, cartoons, impersonations, commercials, radio, and more. I can sound like Jimmy Stewart, Yoda, George Bush Sr, Gollum, etc. My accents include: German, Italian, Russian, different dialects of Southern, New Yorker, New Englander, French, Australian, Kiwi, Hindi, British, Irish, Scottish, etc.

My voice has been described as lyrical, flexible, light, heavy, pleasant, gentle, clear, and calming.

My Voice Experience

In 2006 I attended the San Diego Comic Con International. On the first day a panel on "voice overs" was being held by Margaret Kerry, the voice talent for Clutch Cargo and many others. Well, about half way through, I was chosen to go up and do a sample reading to demonstrate vocal acting! I must have done something good, because the audience went wild! In my almost 15 years of performing, I had never heard an erruption from an audience like that! For the first time in my life, I realized that my dream of becoming a voice actor was truely reachable!

My Training

I have a Bachelors of Vocal Performance from the University of Colorado and have performed in 25+ productions including musicals, straight plays, Operas, and solo concerts, and have spent my entire life entertaining friends and family with my various characters and voices. I attended the VOICE 2007 conference in Las Vegas, NV run my Penny Abshire and James Alburger, and have participated in their 8 week training course.

I am a classically trained singer, and can sing Barritone to Tenor ranges. I am well versed in music from Opera to Modern.

I am also passionate about film, television and the performing arts, which has been a tremendously positive influence in my creative process. I also watch more cartoons than any other 25 year old should, so I am well versed in the genre!
