Voice Description

Ben Stein for less! My voice is a low but light, flexible baritone. It adapts well to smooth, flat, professional narration, but also to laid-back, off-kilter or high-energy, highly inflected reads of commercial copy. Quirky, understated humor a specialty. Non-regional American English is my first language. I have virtually native proficiency in German. My French and Italian are clean and clear, with a light accent native speakers usually can't place.

My Voice Experience

For my voice over debut, I narrated a 70-minute documentary for theatrical and broadcast release. I've also been heard on WQXR, NPR, Bloomberg, and on the website for the New York Times. I'm a fresh voice in voice over, but a respected name in print. As a writer for the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Vogue, and innumerable other publications.
