To be honest, I have never done any voice acting work. However, I have five years for acting experience within with I have the opportunity to be different people. I have portrayed a varied of characters from a ranch-hand in southern California to an ancient Greek drunkard. As stated in my previous blurb, I feel that I can alter my voice to suit the needs of the character.
I am currently retaining my minor in Performing Arts with my focus on Acting. I have taken an Oral & Interpretations and two Acting courses. A friend of mine is actually doing/has done voice over work for a few seasons of Pokemon on Cartoon Network, her first name is Michelle. After she sent me a message letting me know of her job, she suggested I look into it. It's taken me about a year, but I have finally started looking into it. Being in college really makes you realize your skills and want to harness them.
I work well with lots of people. I've heard that's helpful and I'm glad that I have acquired that skill. I like to think I'm easy going and handle the stress of working under pressure.
Former jobs I held include:
Waiter/Cashier, Computer Lab Assistant, Special Events Coordinator at a college, and finally clerical work at a steel mill (that also included driving a company truck).
