My voice experience stems directly from my upbringing on the stage. As I have pursued acting as a craft I have developed a specific interest in voice acting. In learning to be versatile in the physical building and portrayal of character, I naturally learned vocal versatility as well. I have played several offstage voice roles in classes and community theatre programs. Recently I have begun recording some voice acting work as part of small recreational projects amongst friends and wish to start seeking professional experience.
I have been trained professionally in character/animation and commercial Voice Over by industry veteran Nick Omana who I continue to work with, as well as Terry Berland.
I have been learning the craft of acting and public speaking since I first enrolled in a performance program at the age of 7. I have been tirelessly been studying acting since and am currently a Theatre Arts major in my junior year at the University of Puget Sound.
While my initial experience is on the stage, I have always studied and followed voice acting in my spare time, hoping to move into the field fully after college. My abilities at acting have grown consistently with my training and I know that if given the opportunity to utilize my vocal skills I could both deliver great work and continue to improve.
