Voice Description
My voice has been described as warm and compassionate and is quite effective for nonprofits. I can also portray a friendly and credible voice that works well in selling a product or service. My voice is lower in nature and can be described as sexy. For two years, I hosted a radio show portraying a hip and sultry character. As I am a past radio and TV anchor, my presentation is extremely professional. Given my experience, I typically provide what a client is looking for in the first few takes.

My Voice Experience
My on-air radio name was "Lola" back in the 80s... which may tell you a lot about one facet of my voice. However, over the years, I've have broadened my abilities and have had the opportunity to work with many clients ranging from national corporations, to charities and news outlets.
My voice has been heard on promotional sales videos, in-house training films, radio and TV commercials, national direct response TV spots, and recently as part of on-line
fundraising efforts.
I also can be seen in a major motion picture in a speaking role. As a result, I am SAG eligible, should a project come along that requires union membership.
My Training
I received a Bachelor of Science in mass communication and broadcasting. I began my career in radio (on-air) immediately after graduation in 1980. I have spent over 25 year in the business.
My Studio Equipment
I have access to a local studio that can provide all needed services.
Additional Skills
I began my career in 1980 as a morning show DJ. From this experience I was offered many local and regional commercials. Over the years, I have been hired by national companies such a Hunter Fans, Holiday Inn, Aqua Glass and others to voice training films, promotional videos, and commericals. I have also done a great deal of on-camera work for clients. I spent two years as a morning show anchor on a network affiliate and gained positive exposure from that experience. Most recently, I provided voice over for a national direct response tv campaign for an international charity.
I have the ability to provide a range of voices. Though my speaking voice is lower in nature, I can quickly shift from sultry to perky. I have a voice that is perceived as credible and professional and thus has attracted many companies over the years who wish to influence consumer behavior.
