My voice can be many things: warm and deep; friendly, authoritative and professional; and quirky and funny. I am excellent at providing a smooth and professional sound for corporate presentations, as well as an inviting voice for voicemail and phone systems. I can be a credible voice for any number of industries or products. But I also have a number of humorous voices in my voice arsenal. I can just as easily be the voice of a nervous office worker, an eccentric aunt or a scared little child. My full, sultry tone truly makes my voice one-of-a-kind.

I can perform a variety of characters -- quirky aunt, old lady, stern boss, ditsy neighbor, clueless housewife, little girl. I can also perform a southern accent and NY accent.

My Voice Experience

I began my career as a broadcast journalist, which included several years of radio news and hosting my own radio shows in South Jersey. I co-anchored the nightly news for a NJ Cable television station, and produced many specials and news reports. A singer all of my life, I have performed in numerous bands and as a solo artist in NYC cafes and clubs. I have recorded many original songs, and have also performed with choral groups at venues througout the state including NJPAC. I have lent my voice to musical promos and corporate videos and many song demos.

My Training

I graduated college with a BA Communications, and spent much of the time honing my broadcast skills. I trained at the college radio station, which prepared me for my broadcast journalism career. I studied voice under artists recognized for broadway, jingle singing and jazz, and studied song and lyric writing under Hugh Presswood and Shelia Davis. I took Susan Berkely classes and others in jingle singing. As a manager of communications for several top US companies, I wrote copy for a variety of industries and led creative communications campaigns. I have also lent my talents to
community theater in New Jersey.

I have been a singer/songwriter for over 20 years. I have written and recorded many songs and demos, and am currently a member of the Songwriters Guild of America.
I am a professional writer and have written copy ranging from ad copy to video scripts to multi-media shows.
I am also an active member of non-profit theater group "Mental Health Players," which seeks to educate groups throughout the state of NJ by role playing various mental health conditions and issues.
