Voice Description
I have a versatile voice that is well-received in corporate and medical settings. I can bring the correct tone to copy, be it written for radio/TV commercials or for professional presentations.
Corporate voice overs listeners say my delivery is articulate and energetic.
Medical voice over listeners say the difficult, polysyllabic terms just slide off my tongue. They like my confident, professional sound and feel it keeps them engaged.
Listeners of my commercial voice overs say that my energy catches their interest and makes them want to hear more.

My Voice Experience
Years of writing copy and scripts and directing voice over and video sessions provide a solid base of familiarity with the media industry. I know how to project the message of the copy with respect to the product or service that it represents.
I do voice overs for corporate training modules. I do live broadcasts twice a month for CRIS Radio (CT Radio Information Services for the Visually Impaired). I have been a spokesperson for "The Sister Study Breast Cancer Research" project, and have recorded taglines for a cancer care center.
My Training
Medical - Dental - Corporate
While working on my Masters degree in Mass Comm in Radio and TV (Cal State Fresno), I did voice overs on the assigned projects. At Philips Medical Systems and later at LORAD Mammography and Breast Biopsy Systems, I scripted productions and narrated them.
Since then, I have done voice over training with Susan Berkeley and thereafter with Dan Levine and Rob Sciglimpaglia of Such a Voice. This training has served me well in bringing life and energy to copy.
In my home studio I practice and audition routinely to keep my skills fresh and my voice flexible and ready to work.
My Studio Equipment
ProTools, DigiDesign Mbox2 Mini, GT50 microphone
Additional Skills
While I was a teacher of dental radiology, I got experience speaking and handling tongue-twisting medical/dental terms.
While working as a dental hygienist, I spoke every day about dental care. I learned how to engage the listener and deliver messages in a friendly, professional, and warm manner.
Working as a medical/technical writer, I learned how to write clean, crisp, pointed copy that reads smoothly and is easy to understand.
