Voice Description

Since I have many years in the entertainment field as a piano vocalist I can adapt my voice to differnet situaitons.
I can be warm and romantic or strong and decisive.
I also spent a few years teaching English to foreigners (also business English)and thus can be very communicative which would be ideal for presentations or documentaries.
I would feel comfortable doing presentations, commercials or audio books, short notices etc.
I can also speak Italian quite fluently.

My Voice Experience

In general I speak both English and Italian (and of course my own language Maltese) in a very text book way. In other words I do not have a strong dialect.
My voice over experiecne is limited to the creation of a set of three different guided meidtation cds which I made entirely myself, starting from the specially created music to writing and reading the guided meditation.
In this case the language was decisive without being too hard. It needeed to cnvice the listener that he/she was being guided.
I am able however to change my voice quite considerably especially as far as dynamics and character are concerned.

Musical: Reached up to teahing standard for Trinity College

Years of experience entertaining as a piano vocalist.
Some experience in my home studio with my own songs and backing tracks and a little work for a couple of other people. A long term quasi obsession with good quality sound.
Haver recently been considering starting a vocal workshop for local singers. Not yet decided however.

Additional Skills

I have been interested for some time in creating background music for film but not have been lucky enough to find the right opportunity.
I have already created a number of tunes.
Some would be perfect for some BBC tv serial for example.
I have one tune which would be perfect for representing great natural beauty. It is called ocean voyage and one can easily imagine the rising and falling of a tall ship over the waves.
I can create music for commercials.
Stylistically I can create:
Jazz, orchestral , light pop, tunes with traditional dance influences (like rhumba for example).
Of course I could also sing a part if needed.
All audio finshed to professional standards.
