Additional Skills

I worked in a very prominent restaurant in NYC as a server so my voice and how I talk about food and drinks is important in my guest's experience. I find I am complimented on what I find to be basic skills to begin with in being well spoken, I enunciate and don't mumble, but I am also able to create the dishes with my voice and descriptions without the actual dish being there and then I make the "sale" order. I can bring guest's into my experience with the food with nothing being there.
