Additional Skills

Time is money, and as I usually work live - I am a one take pro. My second greatest gift is my ability to schedule and allot the correct amount of time needed to complete projects. I work on deadlines every day to create 27 minutes and 44 seconds, (exactly) of fresh news for radio station KPFT 90.1 FM, a member of the Pacifica Network. Working with volunteers means it takes a lot to get me rattled and I am comfortable making or taking corrections. The Director is always right. Besides the ability to troubleshoot audio problems on the fly, I can count backwards in my head and know the precise amount of "Fill" needed in live situations.
