My Voice Experience

I've become the "DJ" of the college where i teach. Not that I actually am the DJ, but I'm asked continually to MC certain events on campus - from dinners to the school beauty pageant to voicing commercials for the school. I suppose that goes with the territory. After working my way through college with a job in radio and continuing that work wor a few years, I left and entered the advertising and PR field- where again I voiced a number of the commericals that I wrote. I have since moved into teaching marketing on the college level, but still enjoy voice over work.

My Training

In college, I took several classes in radio broadcasting and production. I also took classes in voice and diction. I have worked with a number of different stations and broadcsters, as well as a few ad agencie, and have learned from all of them.

I have worked in all areas of journalism: radio, newspaper, and television. I have also earned my MBA and am asked to "host" certain events as well as provide a voice for online classes as well as the University's phone answering system.
