My Voice Experience

I developed the ability to do radio voice over from DJing on the radio for a year and a half in high school.

I participated in theatre sport growing up which required spontaneity and creativity.

My Training

DJing on: radio, in pubs and clubs. both of these required voice over announcements and reving up the crowds etc.

i grew up in a large family that was full of bubbly humour and voice immitations, so, i suppose you can say that my voice ability is something that was conditioned naturally in my family environment.

biult a strong custo mer service meet and greet technique with sanity music in Kalgoorlie ,WA. the emphesis in this company is very strong in the area of 'awesome customer satisfaction'. this involved engaging people in conversation and making them feel welcome and at home in the shop environment, coming across as genuine and interested in what they had to say.

alot of my hospitality jobs rerquired alot of strong communication skill with person to person communication through: bar work DJing, radio work, and retail work. over time i think it has given me the ability to engage people in a way the gets beyond the outer layer of the person and find out how they tick. i think that that could be a valuble asset when doing commercials or character roleplay, acting etc.
