Most of the time I am hired for the Ben Stein, Snickers "Not-going-anywhere-for-a-while" type read. I have a good sense of irony and humor for characters who have an elevated sense of themselves or who have a humorous lack of confidence. However, if I read things straight, I sound optimistic, friendly, and genuine.

My Training

I am a high-school English teacher, so I have a good sense of language and rhetoric within a script. I have been in over 100 television, radio, and corporate spots - locally, regionally, and nationally for companies including D.A. Davidson, Shell Oil Company, Rescue Pest Traps, Little Caesar's Pizza, Silverwood Theme Parks, Washington Natural Juice, and Several Ski Resorts and Casinos. After performing for two years with the Market Theater in Seattle's Pike Place, I moved across the state and founded a small sketch comedy/improvisational theater that is now in its 11th year, where I have written, directed, and performed.
