Voice Description

I have a deep, strong male voice (think movie trailers). I have a wide rang that includes many emotions and accents. British or Scottish accents come second nature to me. I can pour on a thick Chicago, New York or Boston accent. I can have a deep southern drawl or sound down right hillbilly. My real voice however is clasic radio midwest non-accent. I can be direct and profesional, smooth and sexy, fun and humorous, rough and rowdy. My impersonations include George W. Bush, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jack Nickelson, Al Pacino, Christopher Walken and many more.

My Voice Experience

I have been involved in radio and voice work in Chicago for the last 4 years. I began at 105.9 WCKG working for the Kevin Mathews Show and the Frankie Show. There I created many voices and I did countless numbers of voice overs for station comercials. I have also been a dj on US99.5 WUSN in Chicago for over 3 years and my fans are very familiar with my voice. A picture and breif description of myself can be found a under dj's my radio name is Mark D. I have also done voice over work in radio spots for a home builder in Milwaukee and voice over work for national tv spec ads for Calvin Cline, and Briggs and Stratton lawnmowers.

My Training

I took dictation courses at IUPUI, Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis. I Graduated from Illinois Center for Broadcasting in witch I spent countless hours training in voiceover, voice acting and producing radio and voiceover demos. I have been an on-air radio talent in Chicago for more than 3 years.
