Voice Description
I have often been told my voice is very distinctave, and unique. However commparisons have been made to Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley and George Cloony, but all these guys are yanks and I`m fimly British, from England yet right on the Scottish border! My voice shares the deep warming side of these stars voices but I can certainly turn it to come across more 'rough and ready' with a gravelly harsher backing. I can get away well with many northern accents including Scottish and Irish from family influences. The typical upper class English older toff I can do to.

My Voice Experience
I have been asked to speak on after dinner parties, these include reciting Burns on Burns nights and delivering speeches to parties of up to 500. I also team up with a couple of lads and we perform folk songs, usually Irish ( Clancy Brothers, Ewan Mcall, Dubliners, Dylan )
My Training
Since I was Old enough to stand on the bar, I've been placed there and forced to sing a song for the folk or recite Burns for my Grandad. As I got older I studied Drama and music and gained good grades in both. I've narrated plays and made address' to large parties.Singing has to be the best way of keeping your voice strong and I have been singing for as long as I could talk.
