My Voice Experience

1. For one year I transmitted radio broadcasts from the Washington State Talking Book and Braille Library audio studio to the sight impaired community in our state; this included descriptions of local newspaper ads for transmission on special broadband stations (2003-2004)
2. For 2 years, I recorded fiction and non-fiction audio-books for Washingon Talking Book and Braille Library in Seattle to be distributed to the blind throughout the state. (2004-2006)
3. During my teaching (public secondary school) career, I recorded many stories to be used in my classroom.

Both my professional teaching career and recent acting and modeling experience have honed and enhanced my performance and communication skills. I am also a people-person who enjoys entertaining others and finding joy in the moment. I now work as a leader in weight-loss meetings where my voice, humor, and preparedness are crucial skills. I do not have a studio in my home but hope to develop the skills and acquire he equipment to do my own recording in the future.
