My Voice Experience

Drama Club High School Play (3 years) * Minor roles but was told my voice is what makes the part-- I was a man all three years {I go to an all girls school and the plays consisted of an all-female cast} The last year I did not appear on stage at all, the play was AGATHA CHRISTIE'S TEN LITTLE INDIANS, I was the mysterious recorded voice that tells the fate of the visitors. I was also in Forensics for a year-- Forensics is a form of public speaking, Although I did not win anything and was only in two tournaments, lots of people told me that if I were in more competions I would have won awards easily.

My Training

No professional training-- I did take one year of Basic Speech and was one of the top speakers of my class, I also took Drama which taught students how to use their voice for diffrent roles, as well as acting skills.

Additional Skills

I can express any emotion with little shown effort. Again I'm almost out of high school (graduation May 29th 2005) so I haven't had a chance to do much in terms of creating a name for myself. Because of this I'm willing to work for little pay, just at least minimum wage would be fine, I really want to expierence what it is like to do voice-overs. In college I plan to major in Communications and after college I also hope to continue doing voice-over work. Because I'm still a baby in terms of professional expierence any job would be great. Once I get a slight name for myself I would be looking for a professional agent.
